• If you have trouble connecting, do NOT pair the probe through your phone’s Bluetooth menu. Instead, follow the steps below:  1.Open the Aicooking app first — do not connect through your phone’s Bluetooth settings.  2.Make sure Device Auto-Connect is enabled in the app settings.  3.Keep the app open in the foreground and wait about 8 seconds.  4.Tap the refresh icon in the top-right corner, and the device should connect automatically.  5.Please make sure you download the correct version of the app for your device (iOS or Android).  This method works the same for both iPhone and Android.
