ABS FLIP DESIGN: The ABS large flip can be linked to the water outlet switch valve of the eye wash device. When the flip cover is open, the valve can be automatically open, the flip is closed, the valve can be automatically closed, thus the eye wash device can be well protected against dust.
EYEWASH FILTER: high-density PP + 304 double-layer filter, it can filter impurities in the water, the sprayed water is aerosol-like, saturated and mild.
PERFORMANCE: 12-18L/min water flow adjustable & 0.2-0.4MPA working pressure. Push the handle, and the aerosol-like eye wash is sprayed within 1 second. The height and angle of water flow are designed according to the proportion of the person's face.
Ball valve: 1-piece ball valve and two-piece ball valve are available. The two-piece ball valve allows the eyewash flow to meet US standards.
APPLICATION: it has high performance against corrosive solutions such as acid, alkali, salt and oil. Used in petroleum, chemical, beverage, pharmaceutical and other industries, when chemical liquids, toxic and hazardous substances, and fires splash on the body, face, and eyes of workers, quickly wash and reduce the degree of damage.
